Postage and Packing
Delivery is included in the price of the products. Overseas orders
will be charged at cost - we will contact you about the cost
before dispatch.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch within 7 working days of receipt of order. If
there is a delay we will inform you by email. In the event of a delay, your card
will be charged only when the product is shipped to you.
Site Security
You
can order online with confidence that your credit card details are secure.
When
you get to the credit card payments screen, the lock symbol will appear at the bottom
of your web browser indicating that you are on a secure server for
entering your credit card details.
The
credit card details are held on the secure server until we are ready to
ship your order, when they are collected and deleted from the secure
server.
Your
card details are as secure when we collect them as they are when you leave
them.

Complaints
We have very few
complaints but we take them very seriously and will respond to complaints by
e-mail, letter or telephone within 5 working days. We endeavour to resolve
complaints speedily and keep the customer informed on their progress.
