| How
does the ordering system work?
It's quite simple - this
explanation is only meant for people not familiar with ordering
via the Internet. From our order pages, make sure you select your
preferred delivery charge option. Once you've found what you are
looking for and click one of our order buttons, the item is added to the
shopping cart, together with
VAT and shipping costs.
If you want to remove something
from the cart, just change it's quantity to 0 (zero) and pick the
"RECALCULATE" button. To go back from the cart to the
page you left, either press the "Back" button in your
browser or click "CONTINUE SHOPPING" You can add as many
items to the cart as you wish and when you are ready, pick the
"GO TO PAYMENTS" button where you will be asked to
provide your details and a delivery address (if different). We ask
you to make sure you at least give us a valid email address so we
can contact you if there are any queries to your order.
When you have completed your
details, the next button pick will take you to the secure server
for you to enter your credit card details. Once this is complete,
you will have made your order and will receive an email receipt
detailing everything on the cart. A real person will check your order and get back to
you if there are any queries. Your credit card is not debited
until the goods are ready for despatch.

How
do I know my order has been received?
When you place your order we will send a confirmation email to
inform you that we have received it.

will I get my order?
We aim to despatch within 7 working days of receipt of order. If
there is a delay we will inform you by email.

are your delivery charges?
Delivery is included in the price of the products. Foreign orders
will be charged at cost - we will contact you about the cost
before despatch.

The
product is fine but I have changed my mind
You have the right to cancel your contract within seven working
days of the delivery of your goods. If you wish to do this please
contact us by email advising your name, address, customer reference
number (this is on your confirmation email) telephone number and the
reason for the return. We will advise from there. We also
